Who is responsible

Serhii Kitsnak, filmmaker and photographer based in Stockholm, Sweden, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: kitsnak18@gmail.com.

What I collect

Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), type of project, preferred date, location and your message. The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why

To answer your request, discuss your project and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and my legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

Who else handles it

The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to my email inbox at Google (Gmail). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. Project videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): YouTube only receives data once you press play. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data on my behalf and may store it outside the EU under their own safeguards.

How long

I keep your messages for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask me to.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it is used, by emailing me. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).
